Borscht takeout at Strobaya’s

At the beginning of this month, I bought “Borscht” for the first time at Stolovaya next to my workplace. It was delicious.

　

Add sour cream and enjoy the change in flavor!

I bought the piroshki before and it was so good that I thought, “I want to eat borscht too!” And sure enough, two days later, I bought it right away. I’m thankful that I can buy it in a flash.

I went back and opened it immediately.

Speaking of borscht, it’s full of vegetables. It’s good to be healthy with soup.

If you add the sour cream on the side, you can enjoy the change of taste. “Huh? How does it change?” That’s a fun thing to do after you actually eat it. I won’t do anything that will take away from the fun. I’m a gentleman. lol

It’s been cold lately, and I think there are a lot of people who like spicy food.
I think Tabasco or Habanero sauce goes well with it if you want to make it a little spicy. I wonder if Tabasco would be a better choice because I think something with more acidity would go well with it. I’ll try it next time (I didn’t try it myself at this time).
